All credit card orders, whether received through the online store, e-mail or telephone, are processed through PayPal. We do not retain, disclose, sell or disseminate any personal information you provide except for purposes of obtaining authorization, completing and settling credit card transactions. When placing an order please be sure to give us the billing address on the card, the shipping address if different, the card number with expiration date, and now also the three or four digit Card Security Code. This 3 or 4 number code is found on the front or back of VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS. If ordering by email: we suggest you break the card information into at least two separate emails.


OTHER ORDER PROCESSING INFORMATION
We keep your name, address and phone number in our records so we can call you if there is a question on an order and to send you Catalog Updates and Special Offers information. If you do not wish to receive these notifications, please call or email us so we can remove your name from the data base. No one else has access to this information. CROSS-POINT FEATURED IN STITCHER'S WORLD, SEPTEMBER 2000
Cross-point and Sieglinde Anderson are featured in a five page article describing how cross-point came about, how designs are developed and how our technique differs from other cross-stitch. This issue included charts for our Moghul pattern in two different colorations.


NEW JUTE FABRIC
Zweigart advised us recently that the jute fabric we have been using has changed from the 32" width to 52" and the thread count is now an even 12 per inch. Since our stitch is 2 over 2 threads, all new orders will be shipped reflecting an even 6 stitches per inch which makes all pillows slightly smaller than shown on the pattern pages. We will list these new sizes as quickly as we can. Also, all of our rugs are being redesigned to fit the new fabric width.
